Staff at this post office are always friendly & helpful. I tend to drop in just before closing time & despite this, they never make me feel like I am being a bother. Well done to a great group of front counter staff!

And again they don’t even bother to attempt the delivery as I see the guy just put the slip in the mailbox and drive off. Probably because it’s raining. What a disgrace. Shameful. I would give negative stars if possible.

It seems I will be amongst the dozens who did not receive their parcels in their attempt" to deliver it. I was at home all day and they just sent it to the nearest post office out of sheer laziness. When I made a complaint

Every time I have had the displeasure of having to go and even pickup a parcel from this post office it always turns into a saga . The staff are extremely unhelpful and today ,clearly don’t know how their own parcel locker system works . I have for some time completely boycotted using this location to send parcels as have found them completely incompetent and absolutely not interested in even providing the most basic of customer service . I’m seriously thinking about taking out a p o box at the station st Bayswater aus post location who are amazing and always provide top notch customer service and have friendly helpful staff, just so I don’t have to ever step foot into this location to collect parcels when they are not delivered to my businessAvoid at all costs . Would give zero stars if possible

Worst customer services in Australia Post offices ever.Sent message and let me collect the parcel, the staff couldn't find it. Next day sent the message to me arrange collection.in the meantime returned the parcel to sender, no communication at all. They really don't want the business, strong recommend leave them.

In last two weeks two parcels instead of being delivered to my house were dropped at the local post office - couldn't get access". We are two at home all the time

Every parcel that I've had come from here to my area gets an attempted delivery". Every. Single. One. I know I'm in an apartment but I work from home most days and have never heard my buzzer go off. I usually wouldn't mind because I know it's busy but taking it to the post office that's a suburb over when there's one right next to me makes it so much more irriating. There's lots of great workers at AusPost but the ones who don't even try need to be called out."

Had a parcel sent to an old address. Delivery folk noticed the house was vacant, returned parcel to the Business Centre and called me. I was able to collect the parcel the next day. Staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful and willing to share a laugh with me over my mystery parcel. Love doing business with them

Every time I arrange for a parcel to be delivered to my business address, the driver (not sure if its the same one each time) does not attempt to deliver, does not ring the bell at our roller door or come to reception.I watched a driver today get out of his van and put a parcel notice straight in my letter box and did not even attempt to deliver the parcel.Australia Post you need to carefully review your drivers and ensure they are doing the right thing by your customers, not great customer service.

Having received ton of parcels, but according to my experience, Any parcel that processed at Bayswater facility will for sure be delayed. Snd from Mel to Mel, takes again 5working days and still not arrive.
