The staff prior to 2023 were excellent and professional. Unfortunately for the directors, current staff are the opposite. Incompetent, unprofessional and should not be property managing ( code of conduct questionable).

Katrina Milli's, professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. She is extremely helpful in all matters relating to property and has a keen sense of asset management and legislative requirements. The entire onboarding process was a dream and from my short experience with her, it is clear to me that she is one of the top property specialists in Perth, and I am extremely lucky to have her managing my property. As a property owner, I couldn't express how lucky I was to choose Ironfish managing my apartment. Everything was well organized even to the details. Special thanks to Denise who help me a lot. I got people coming to do some work with fitout for the room but left mess without me knowing. Luckily Denise found out and even help me cleaned out because at that time no cleaner was able to take the job in such a short time before tenant move in day. Clearly that was not her duty but it does showed their sense of responsibility.I don't know where all these bad review come from but it looks all fake. The company has no idea what they are doing. They do not work in the best interest of the tenant or even the property owner. Property owners beware, your property will be neglected costing you money and unnecessary frustration. My recommendation is - choose a proper company, not these B grade international companies who have no appreciation for your property.
