The Brunswick Nursery

The nursery is great but there are a few down sides:- I was not given the date of the plant delivery and received a message stating they are delivered. This is not ideal because I was at work and plants can be stolen and not thrive in the heat/direct sun.- One of the plants is much shorter than the description of 160cm, probably by about 20cm or so.- The Ginko Biloba tree looks a little sad, bt maybe that is just the heat.I have bought plants from Brunswick Nursery before and both are thriving and superb, so otherwise really like this nursery and would still recommend it to everyone!

Elisa is amazing she helped me to choose a wedding present for my friend's son. I told her my budget and straight away she knew what I was looking for.Thank you Elisa for all your help and delivering the plants as well. I will definitely come back for more. All the plants are reasonably priced and they will look after you.

Great service and I was lucky enough to pick up a super rare Monstera Thai Constellation! They were even kind enough to drop it off for me!

Best nursery I've been in a long time. Personalized help and attention to detail. Super friendly staff and great coffee on the front. I'm sold, coming once a month here.

I purchased via their online rare plant sale. From purchase to delivery, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. My plant arrived in perfect condition and I couldn’t be happier with it. Can’t wait until we are able to visit the nursery! ☺️

Adam and staff are super friendly and kind. The space is also very cool and all around good energy. We stocked some of our mushroom grow kits at the nursery and they took great care of them too! Would recommend this nursery to anyone looking for indoor plants or looking for a business to collaborate with.

We were super excited to have purchased some plants, even more so during lockdown where we haven't been able to get out as much. We were really happy that they are offering delivery so that we could still brighten up our room with plants.We ordered on Thursday and everything was ready by today, Saturday. We got a text message today with an accurate timeframe to expect our plants in, which I thought was really useful so customers know when to expect it and ensure someone is home to receive it.There was a little hiccup initially as were given the wrong order (also my partner's fault for not reading the name properly when he was supposed to check), so we called them to let them know. The hiccup was definitely not a big deal for us, we were just super excited for the ones we ordered and didn't want someone to miss out on the plants they'd ordered.They were so lovely about it, answered the phone promptly and returned to swap over the plants for the correct ones. The plants are beautiful and look healthy.I know these are crazy and stressful times so I just wanted to extend a huge thank-you to these guys, and wishing them all the best with their venture! Plus I want to continue purchasing beautiful, rare and exotic plants from them again so hoping all goes well.

I visited this store last Saturday on the 4th of December as I attended the opening of 'Plant Collector Melbourne' which is next door to Brunswick Nursery. I walked into Brunswick nursery to have a look and the staff member was just standing around talking to two women and he didn't even say hello to me or ask me how I was going, nor did he even have the decency to say that he was just helping these customers with something and that he would be with me shortly.The condition of the plants were dreadful, so many of the leaves on their plants were dead and they looked as if they hadn't been watered for weeks, even months. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.
