Chronic Care is a fantastic holistic approach to body wellbeing.Katie and her team are experts when it comes to providing professional guidance as well as being able to emotionally support me through my knee replacement. From the very moment i first walked in at reception to the great one on one virtual sessions and physio. This is the team you want on your side. I can not thank everyone enough for your help in getting me back to doing the things I enjoy.
