WHERE IS THE NO STAR" OPTION?Two weeks ago I took my car here as the engine was vibrating. Not long after taking my vehicle in I received a phone call and a guy explained that when he turned my car on he immediately knew that I had to get the driver side engine mount replaced. Trusting his profession I booked my car in for the following day and also asked that my 6 month’s logbook service is attended to.I was very impressed with the video that was sent of the mechanic inspecting my vehicle. They recommended that I urgently get my driver belt tensioner replaced along with a brake fluid flush which I gave them the approval to go ahead. They also recommended at my next service that I get the rear brakes and high pressure power steering hose replaced. I picked up my car that afternoon after paying around $1

Needed a puncture repair to get me out of trouble, called today at 3PM, said they could fit me in and was able to get the puncture repaired and back on the road by 4:30PM. Thanks Koedy and team!

The team at Bridgestone Select at the Big Top are both professional and efficient. I got the tyres I wanted at a great price and was in for fitment a few days later. There are plenty of shops within the complex to browse through and keep you occupied while your tyres are being fitted. I spent a bit of time in the reception and was very impressed with the way the young gentleman (Rob) running the office was going about his business. Rob had real old fashioned customer service skills. He spoke considerately to everyone who came in or called on the phone and was able to set realistic expectations for time frames and costs. These are without doubt the 2 most important factors to anyone dropping in their car for service or tyre replacement. I will be a return customer and would recommend this store.

I needed to get my front tyres replaced on my lexus so I have ordered them online and had Rob and his team from Bridgestone select at Mt Gravatt fit them for me. The team was very professional and communicates welll with the customer. They have even provided a video of the repairs. Highly recommended for your tyre needs, wheel balancing and minor wheel related mechanical work..

Amazing Customer service start to finish!! I was really skeptical about trying a new mechanic but throughout the whole process of getting my car serviced and new tyres, Bridgestone showed me they’re able to be trusted.
