The manager needs to take a course in customer service. She couldn't find what I wanted over the counter even though I could clearly see it, then I was told that I wasn't a pharmacist, and I was asked to leave. AVOID this place. Shocking service

They are well stocked. Customer service is good in general, can vary sometimes. They did my monthly webster packs efficiently. The phone is answered quickly.

Kylie served me Monday afternoon 27/6 between 4:30 and 5:30pm. I asked to see the cold and flu medicine but she only gave me codral aggressively saying that they were out of stock that what you see is what we have". I was confused because there were several other brands clearly stocked on the shelf but I was not even allowed the option to look. I waited on the prescription medicine to be ready while I observed her service other people all the while maintaining her disrespectful and borderline abusive attitude. When the prescription was ready I requested the demazin brand of cold and flu. When she gave it to me she rudely felt it necessary to state that all the ingredients were the same and there was no difference between brands. I told her that even so; I am still allowed to have a choice. To which she responded again in her disrespectful and blatantly annoyed tone "of course I am allowed to have a choice."After observing her serve both myself and other customers

I have been using this pharmacy for over 8 years now.when meldo took over this store a few years back it was the best thimg that could have happened to waterford west. Meldo is tje nicest amd very helpful man that i have had dealings with. I woulf give this pharmacy 5stars

This has been my local pharmacy for the past 18 months or so, and I'm actually quite shocked by some of the reviews. Which is why I'm reviewing now. I can't say I've ever had 'bad' service here. They've always been helpful and polite, NEVER have I experienced anything even remotely resembling what some have described. Either I'm lucky or I may just get what I give. Patience, respect, appreciation and manners almost always get you the same in return. In my experience. Thanks guys.

The pharmacist claiming to be the supervisor and the owner refused to fill my script because the script had been scanned and sent to me via email from the medical practice. My doctor had been unable to create an electronic script due to a technical fault. Despite explaining this and showing the pharmacist the email from my medical practice confirming this and the legitimate script that had been signed by my doctor the pharmacist still refused to fill the script and informed me that if the email had been sent to them instead of to me they would have been able to fill the script. I informed the pharmacist that the medical practice is closed, I need the medication tonight, it’s only an anti inflammatory medication and that I need the medication asap as I am in acute pain due to a spinal injury. Apparently, the pharmacist doesn’t make the rules so I shouldn’t be upset… to make matters worse once I had turned my back and began walking to the exit the pharmacist than cowardly told me to “shut up”. I am a disabled aboriginal woman in a lot of pain, I have a legitimate script that won’t be filled and am told to shut up by a pharmacist. Shame on this pharmacist. I have made a formal complaint by email to the head office and will take this complaint further if need be. Avoid this chemist. This pharmacist needs to be replaced urgently. I highly doubt that they are the supervisor and the owner as they claim to be just so that I couldn’t make a formal complaint about them. This pharmacist cannot be trained or supported into being a decent human being, they should have never been given a customer facing position. The lack of professionalism and respect is disgusting and I will never return to this chemist.

Been with them for over 2 years now, the owner Doctor Meldo, Ahmed and Kylie were always making sure of doing their best to their customers .. proud of you guys .. highly recommend this place

How dissapointing.....Confronted and discriminated against by a couple of negative Nancy's who think it's ok to talk down to a woman with a heart condition.I did everything by the book.....I checked in, I sanitised and I wore a mask to the capacity I could..... even though I am medically exempt from it. When confronted by the first staff member in regards to this.....I told her I don't actually have to but had it over my mouth out of respect for everyone else......she shakes in head at me as if she was in disgust. When I said to her.....forget the sale and started to walk about .....Nancy number 2 thought she would start yelling and bee line me sating.......THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU."!!!!!!.....Without even knowing how it started to begin with......then she starts accusing me of yelling when if you play back your store footage you will indeed see it was her instead! She also started saying it's Xmas bla bla.bla......no sh*t sweetheart ....and Nancy's like you are ruining it.Perhaps you should look at your reviews about the attitudes that come from the female staff members.....there seems to be a clear pattern don't you think?"

I was in your shop on wed night and it was quite busy. Ahmed behind the counter did such an amazing job considering he was on his own. He was calm and patient with each and every customer and didnt lose his cool while under pressure. Great job for a young fella.
