VicRoads - Heatherton Customer Service Centre
I have visited this place twice recently. Today was number plate related. I went in about 11:30, spoke to the concierge who was helpful, and then to Michael who dealt with my multiple number plate returns - he was excellent and very quick. I was in and out of the place in about 7 or 8 minutes. Good work again.

I was able to complete both my change of vehicle registration and drivers licence today. First visit to Vic roads and was very happy with the customer service provided to me. This was both on entering the premises and the staff member who processed my requests.

Shirley exceeded my expectations with her exceptional service today! Not only did she efficiently complete my vehicle inspection in record time, but she also displayed great understanding when I had to reschedule my appointment to an earlier date. She promptly addressed my concern and offered a swift and satisfactory solution. I am genuinely impressed by her professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. Highly recommended!

A ten minute wait? At 11 in the morning! Something amazing has happened to VicRoads. No queue. 3 separate questions answered without queuing 3 times. Really friendly service.It's been a couple of years, but this is a remarkable improvement.Learner drivers out the front are still terrifying, of course.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Geetha for a trailer and vessel transfer. Geetha was amazing, helped me with a little paper work that I was unsure of and had all my issues sorted in no time. Super amazing lady!

Very fast and friendly service. I went there to transfer a vehicle and it was done within 10 minutes.Make sure you go to the office at 8.30am(unless you do not have an appointment), then you will be able to come out without waiting there for hours

I had Rash as the testing officer for my drive test and he was absolutely amazing. I was so anxious and he made me very comfortable before the test. During the test, he was so polite and professional and gave super clear instructions. He was very calm during the whole test and I never felt uncomfortable or intimidated and was able to perform well because of this. I'm very grateful!

I had my drive test today and Rash was my test officer. I was feeling very nervous but Rash was very kind and he helped me stay calm and relax throughout the whole test so that l was able to drive safely and at ease. He also gave clear instructions and gave constructive feedback to help me be a safe driver on the road. Very highly recommended!

I have always found the staff here helpful and efficient. After a couple of drive tests where she clearly made errors, my wife recently passed and the lady examiner was both courteous and highly professional.But at the VicRoads level it is not fair to drive test customers that there are no toilet facilities. Learner drivers are naturally nervous, and it is not unreasonable that they might want to use a toilet before going out on the road. Not to have such facilities is not good enough from VicRoads.

I saw the google reviews saying Rash Rai is an excellent instructor and hoped I would get him for my drive test. And thankfully, with whatever luck I had that day, I actually got him! He indeed was an excellent instructor. Rash made me very comfortable from before we started even until after we finished, saying that I shouldn’t be nervous as he is simply there to assess properly and not to nitpick on our mistakes. Subsequently, I was able to concentrate on my driving without any distractions and with a clear head, leading to me passing my test with a satisfying result! Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience.
