Systronic designed my website and content for my business, account manager Ali was real great to deal with and was able to achieve my vision. I did have to apply pressure at the start but the final product was great. Website turned out nice mobile responsive and desktop responsive.I would recommend them

They made lots of promises. Whether or not they could have provided the results they promised after six months, I don't know and didn't want to know after two months of their service (or really after one month). They kept on wanting to charge me more for extra items that I warned them up-front that would likely not even be possible for them to do. When they realized they couldn't, it was difficult to get them to return funds. I saw much less activity on my website after two months of their service than I did before signing up with them. They claimed that they were doing SEO work, but only once, after demanding that they prove to me that they are actually doing anything, did they provide some non-descriptive report of work done. It was unclear and ambiguous at best. They wrote up some content that I paid extra for, but they were never clear about what they were going to do with it or how they were going to implement it. I cancelled their service, but it was difficult to stop it. They kept charging automatically every month for a couple of more months. I still have yet to receive a refund of one charge that should have been refunded at least a couple of months ago.I did not have a good experience. Use them at your own risk. I think that in the future I would only have a company work on SEO for me on month-to-month payment schedule.. no six month contracts (whether that is possible in the SEO industry, I don't know). I would also use a local company.

Roger and James have been so extremely helpful and patient as I made many changes to many aspects of my website. Lack of knowledge on my part, but still, they go above and beyond normal service as far as my experience goes.. their kindly manner and professionalism is wonderful. It is a business so I appreciate all their efforts in helping me get there in the end.

I want to share my experience here, this company is a scam, I wish no one ever experience what I have gone through with this company. I have signed up with them in last December for preparing my website for my driving school, they took 3 months to provide me a very poor quality website, with so many errors, none of those links are working, number of spelling mistakes, they used random google photos, wrong pricing, including random USA driving instructors photos with their personal details, On the top of all these they put my website Live without my permission.This company also have taken out money without my authority, when I complaint no one was taking any responsibility. I have asked them to remove this website because it’s damaging the reputation of my business, they did not take any attempt to remove it or whatsoever, after 5 months waiting, finally they got back asked me to pay additional money to fix up their mistakes.To me dealing with this company is a complete nightmare. People working in here are very unprofessional, very poor quality of service, it’s clear this people are hiding under their nick names, but with quality of service shows their actual identity.I have spent around $500 for this website..in return I have got Website which is a shame for me.I have requested them to remove the website and claimed full refund in return I am getting abused by them.Now the entire matter is leaving me with extreme mental stress in my daily life.I am taking this matter to Department of Consumer Affair to deal with.

Systronic IT Group promises that they will do SEO and web design and deliver your job on time but they never keep their promise. If you sign the contract with Systronic you will be caught up that's what they have done to me. I paid all their money for website but they did not completed my work. I was told by Systronic if my SEO will not bring my site on first page in six month than they work free of charge to get on first page. I don't trust them because it did not happened. Currently Systronic has damaged my site as on my inspection no emails are sent through website or contact address is working. All contants has been changed. This matter will be taken to Department of fair trading now. As to the public all Indians are working in this company and having their nick names such as James Wilson SEO manager, Richard, George etc. This company you should not be trusted as evidence check on sydneywindows website.

Happy enough with systronic group. I was working with Dennis who seemed to try. Actually it was Dennis who initially contacted me and offered a very good price on a website. We went ahead with him. It took a long time , he was very patient. But very hard to talk to other staff. They done a good job.
