Lovely Service, I had the delight of meeting some of the staff, the food is decent and the coffee is average, but that is just for me, however it is the lovely staff and banter that make this a great cafe.

Popped in to get a drink as a treat for my daughter and after waiting over 8 minutes, and watching several other people who came after us leave with their orders, I approached the counter. The staff checked to see where my drink was and it hadn't even been made or put in the queue! No apologies were given and the drink when it finally came was very average for the over-the-top price. Will not recommend this place to anyone or ever go back.

If I could give one star I would. From the get go the service was appalling, the guy at the counter was rude and abrasive when we asked if there was a menu if we could look at. The menu" was a piece of butcher's paper on the wall with 3 items on it? Unacceptable. The fact we had to go and get our dine in coffees ourselves from the front counter

Cute cafe and great coffee! But... I got this pastry (forgot the name), it tasted good then I noticed a hair intertwined in the pastry (not my hair because I have extremely short hair) so I couldn't finish it which was disappointing. EDITED: I went back to the cafe after the owners reply and they were so accommodating and kind, if you have anything come up with their cafe they are very happy to help fix the issue and not make you feel bad. Honestly a sweet community they have built and their kindness is great - Thank you!!

The coffee was ok, but I was so disappointed to hear the way that an older lady (owner?) was speaking to a young male staff member, scolding him for how swept the floor. She went on...and on... loudly, in front of my colleague and I. It's hard enough to get staff at the moment, yet you wonder why they leave? Speaking to him in that manner was completely unprofessional.Edited to add - the response from the owner is laughable.

Staff ignoring to make the order totally forgetting im was standing and then offering me a stale cold sandwich wich had been left out and instead of apologies they told me to not come back .Incompetent rude horrible experienceAvoid this ship
