Great Staff one of them the bald one if i must say to describe was very helpful and easy to understand for Deaf people like me who lipreads and i just noticed he was genuinely a good bloke and puts a smile on ya face. I have to say the staff guy wearing the mask having met him twice he wasnt really an approachable guy and has a sense of dread about him. Liven up dude.

Service was absolutely discussing. So bad that I jump started our 9 month old car battery from super cheap and drove to battery world joondalup where the service was fantastic. Never again super cheap

Staff were friendly and helpful, my battery was checked in change within 15 minutes. It was also on a special which was a bonus!

Just been there to get touch up pair. Told to come back in half an hour. Not happy with the manager over this who would not come down to help. However the man at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

Gave heaps of attitude when I asked for a price match on three items. Had to call another staff member over. Took a very long time. (Over 15mins) to process. Seemed longer with kids in tow. Acting like I was taking money from their own pocket. Such an ordeal for $3! I'll just shop elsewhere next time.

I went to Supercheap and was overwhelmed by all the different products, but Jim came and offered some help and it was the best experience I have ever had in an auto store! All of the staff were kind and incredibly helpful, I'll definitely be going back there!! Thanks Jim!
