i had my car repaired at the Sunshine Coast repair centre. I was a bit disappointed with the extended duration of the repair. However, the manager called me personally explained the situation and offered a hire car. I greatly appreciated this. The repair was to a high standard.

Was welcomed and told the vehicle would be repaired to its show quality.Left with a rushed hack job mess panel's rubbing with terrible gap alignment, buff swirling all over, still visible dents. Had to take the vehicle dirty and wash the dust of before returning to show how bad it really is. Not the way I expect to have a 70k car returned very dissapointed.These guys have agreed to take the car back and rectify but is still a disappointment and waste of my time it should have stayed until it was done correctly

Had my car repaired for hail damage. Panel work was very good however the finishing was much to be desired. Scratches all over boot, dirty handprints on roof lining. Still had dents in some trim pieces.Was told to bring car back for the repairs and a full buff by outside detailer.Car WAS originally in pristine condition before this mob touched it.Now it has buff polish marks all over it and now looks nowhere near its showroom condition. The more they touched this car, the worse they made it.Would not recommend this company ever.

Hands down the WORST panel shop I’ve ever dealt with. Not only did they damage while car while it was in the holding yard, the initial repairs had to be corrected by a second company. Once the vehicle was returned to me and detailed, the atrocious paintwork was visible, so now I has to be repaired for a THIRD time!Do not use this company.

Platinum Hail repaired my car after it was damaged during a hailstorm. They turned around the repairs so quickly, picked up and delivered my car from home and returned it to me in showroom condition!!
