Actually - great strategic location. On your way to and from any of the usual touristy things to do, it is always worth a pitstop.Has got an excellent range of drinks on offer as bottles, taps are not as well stocked but enough of the favourites to quench any thirst.The food though - classics and pub favourites and some really unexpected twists, such as the laksha schnitty with laksha flavoured butter and batter. It is really good value for money and you will be filled up proper!

Stopped for a cold drink was happy they had Bulmers on tap.Nice outback pub. Didn't eat but the meals sure looked good.

Beef snitzel was tough and the chips were sad looking and cold. Pork roast was decent and generous however it was cold and a Sunday roast has to be nice and piping hot. Beer was cold staff were attentive and it was atmospheric.

Had the Sunday roast, followed by homemade chocolate brownie. This place does not disappoint from country pub food. Large servings, reasonable prices and great taste. So good we came back the next day for lunch again! Lovely staff and restaurant setting too.

Just happened to go on Snitzel night, which was great & good value, with an extensive choice of Snitzel to choose from. We had 3 kids & 4 adults in our group & not everyone opted for a Snitzel. Each meal was huge @ well priced. Plenty of choice at the beer taps & plenty seating inside or outside.
