We bought an older place in Norwood and whilst we are experienced home renovators this was big job. We decided to contract Cosi to do the extension and we couldn't be happier. Having done smaller works than this we know how stressful they can be, Cosi and his guys made it stress feeThanks guys

Building defects resulted in legal action and ongoing water ingress issues for many years. DO NOT believe what is on this builder’s website about the ECO house - this is the defective house!!! I am the owner of the house pictured on the website and there is absolutely no way I would recommend this builder to anyone after my experience. Sloppy workmanship is not up to building standards but he will try anything to get away with it. I write this review to protect other homeowners who should be warned against the risks of building a new house with this dodgy builder.
