Food is usually good. Sometimes chicken isn't properly cooked, which can be very annoying because you discover that when you're already left. At times, staff forget to add napkins.

Called in for lunch, the staff were friendly and courteous.The order / wait area is very small and it got crowded. My order was made really quickly and I was impressed. Unfortunately that's where the impression ended. The chicken was very, very greasy and there were no napkins in the box or on the tables. I had a three piece box but couldn't finish it because of the grease in the chicken and on my hands.

Ordered a wrap with no mayo. Got mayo. Phoned KFC spoke to manager on duty. Manager gave options. I chose to get credit. Manager took email address. No email from KFC. Three days & waiting….. this is not the only time the order was wrong.

Chicken is always fresh and juicy, we visit probably more regularly than we should and only once we’ve had semi-okay chips, every other time they’ve been bang on.One note though, check your drive through bags. We never, ever get our dipping sauce if we go drive through.

It is KFC. Don't expect anything fantastic. I took a pic of the chips because they didn't bother filling them. But when do they ever?? Feathers in the chicken pieces. I complained about that and the food being cold, dry and generally awful. But when isn't it???They gave me a voucher/email I must surrender instore. But I don't want them spitting on my chips. They're already soggy enough. Why can't their app give me some credit for the next order? Thanks KFC. Living in the past is enough. Right?

I ordered it last night and they didn’t give us any sauce. If they had run out of the sauce we picked, they could just ask or gave some replacements..?We had 8 original pieces and most of them are really small pieces. This was the worst experience I had KFC in Brisbane.

The service was atrocious and all the staff used bare hands whilst touching everything else at the same time. I ordered a zinger burger box and all I got was the burger and potato with gravy. when I confronted the staff about the issue they simply ignored me and asked me to go away because I was holding up the line". the remaining food that I got was dry and tasted like concrete. do not order from here. they will steal your money!!!"

Refused service at 9:47 p.m. because I only had cash.It's against the law to refuse cash unless you have signs up at your entry points.It's just not good enough.

better than the guys across the street, food might come raw but that shouldn't be a concern as you already are paying $50 for fast food so your standards are essentially non-existent. would recommend bringing a book along as the service varies between 40 minutes to 3 hours.

Fast service but very disappointing food. I bought a zinger meal, and the zinger burger had almost no lettuce in it at all. The bun was flat, the chips were soggy, and they had zero crunch. The only good thing was the wings. Not what I remember them to be. While McDonald's and other's improve on their food, it looks like KFC have gone the other way.
