Very rude over the phoneEdit: in reply to response. I am on the Sunshine Coast, not NSW, I rang one morning about tyres and my call was returned pobably more than an hour later, and I had in that time engaged the services of another business. The chap who spoke to me over the phone was quite blunt and rude, and hung up on me without a word after I told him I had found someone else to do my tyres. This was the extent of my dealing with this business, and my review is based off this.

refused service because I wasn't wearing a mask, the woman in a panic, 48hrs before mask mandate closure handed my keys back too me, gloveless.I told her I have a medical condition that allows me not wear a mask, she didn't even ask to confirm.I can't comment on the service other than to say, these poor souls are finding it hard to cope, so be advised.

Karen was very friendly and informative at the front counter and answered all of our questions. Her and Andy helped us get our car back safely on the road and made us feel like nothing was an issue even squeezed us in on an already busy day so glad to have found this mechanic and will recommend to everyone I know!

i have asked the team at AKAutos to look at 3 cars for different things in the last couple of months. They have been terrific to work with, very friendly and professional and show a high degree of technical knowledge about cars in general. My last effort was an emergency fuel system clean for fuel contamination and nothing was a problem as they meticulously went through the system piece by piece to ensure it was all clean, properly treated , re-primed and then startup - run / checked and road tested. Vehicle arrived late on Thursday afternoon by tow truck and fixed by lunch time the next day. Awesome service and very fair pricing in my opinion. Karen and Andy are lovely to deal with.

I was on the sunshine coast for work and my car was having issues. After taking it to several mechanics I found AK Autos and they were so wonderful. They had my car shacked over and coil pack replaced within the afternoon and also replaced a blown break light globe i hadn't noticed. Very reasonably priced and Karen on reception was also wonderful. The whole experience took the stress out of the situation. Would highly recommend to anyone and would certainly have no hesitation taking my car there again. Thanks guys.

Having checked all over the Sunshine Coast, this business offers the best prices on tyres I found anywhere. Fast service, tyres changed fitted and balanced in under 30 mins. Very happy with the first class service and great people to deal with, thank you.
