I can’t recommend Trent from Flight Centre Renmark enough. He always goes above and beyond my expectations and is extremely quick and attentive to all of my requests. He is so easy to get along with and has a great sense of humour and I will never go to another travel agent again. 10/10.

I cannot recommend Trent from Flight Centre Renmark enough! Such outstanding customer service, care and attention to detail. We are in Adelaide so only deal with Trent over the phone or over email and I simply can’t fault any of our experiences. Had the pleasure of dealing with Trent today. After a frustrating morning of trying to get through to Flight Centre, finally speaking to someone who didn’t seem equiped to help and then cut me off, I gave it one more try and got onto Trent. He could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond to solve the issue I was having, resulting in my trip being sorted and booked. After totally loosing faith in Flight Centre due to my dealings with them over the last couple of weeks, Trent has single handedly turned that around. Will happily deal with him via phone and email for any future travel. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.

We have booked quite a few holidays through Flight Centre in Renmark. Sarah has offered invaluable suggestions on where to go and what to do when we get there. She has also made sure that where we stay, is accessible to the things we want to do while away. Given that flights can change or get cancelled we would always prefer to have the backing of Flight Centre to ensure a smooth and stress free holiday.
