Jo was very helpful in my last minute request for an ebike rental for early the following morning.Super stoked I was able to pick it up that evening so I had it already to roll first thing. Next time I will book to stay there too, based on their great service and local knowledge.

Booked a 18 seater shuttle last weekend to do the Bay of Fires trail. Adam our driver was awesome and very informative. When we got to swimcart beach we were greeted with beers,which let me tell you were much appreciated.Great day and great service.Will definitely use Gravity Isle shuttles again

On hoilday from Qld, myself an hubby wanted to do a mountain bike ride, rang Gravity they weregreat got 2 bikes hired an showed us the tracks an the shuttle bus, had the best fun...thanks so much will definitely be back when in Tasmania again

The Team at Gravity Isle were super friendly and helpful. Before our trip we rang them and they provided great information about the local trails.My wife and I did a fun day of shuttles with them in St Helens. We also did the Bay of Fires trail. They met us at the halfway point with snacks and then pick up in Swimcart beach. Due to the weather we didn't get to do the Gravity Highly Feast but it sounds amazing. Highly recommend the Gravity Isle team. They also have Mountain bike friendly accommodation right in town which looked nice.

Great company for MTB hire, cheapest in town, bikes well maintained and friendly staff. Only issue was cheap pedals on ebike.

Young enthusiastic team who are passionate about mountain biking. We hired ebikes and these guys were so accommodating and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. If you are in St. Helens do yourself a favour and go explore the trails with a rental bike from this business.

Gravity Isle MTB Shuttles
We couldn’t be happier with our day hosted by Gravity Isle. We hired their awesome (near new) EBikes and took the shuttle up to ride Dreaming Pools. We had an issue that got us off to a late start, and wet weather plus a series of fallen trees on the trail meant it was dark coming out of the last part. They were in contact with us along the way and ended meeting us at the top on a fire trail. It would have been a slow trip back to St Helens in the dark and rain and we were very grateful to see the light of their bus waiting. Great people and great service, I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
