Excellent service. Had a few emails regarding a medication for my dog and I have to say Natalie was very patient. They gave me a quote per ml off the bat, MUCH cheaper than if bought directly from the vet. Very professional and ready to pick-up as promised. They also included oral syringes and a bottle adaptor to help get the most out of what is in the bottles. Such a small thing really makes a huge difference to me. Thanks, from me and Chip!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! I wouldn’t even give them one star but I have too!! I had to use them to get some special medication made up. They called me and told me a certain price and then took out and extra $100 WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY! First of all this is illegal. When I called to ask what had happened Garry told me it was there error and they would refund me the difference and send an email. No email was sent and days later after I had to call a second time $24 was refunded to me? Are they kidding they ripped me off $100 and then refunded me a disgusting $24. WOW. When I called again Natalie who is Garry’s daughter made me out to be a liar when first of all she wasn’t even the one I spoke to or there when this happened. They made an error and forgot to add a bottle in the price.. this is not my problem and had they told me it was extra I may have looked elsewhere to see if I could get it cheaper. You cannot take money out without consent and you cannot say you will refund a person and then deny it and then have someone tell you what happened when they weren’t there!! Will be taking this further! I hope one of these people that work here get in a similar situation and see what it feels like to have money taken from you without consent and on top of it be made to be a liar.

I like the professionalism of this pharmacy. The staffs are very friendly and explain the tiniest detail. I recently purchased a high dose compounded capsule prescribed for my condition and they took the time to explain the use and side effects and all. Very reasonable pricing as well. I highly recommend.

Very disappointed with the service. My husband was there to pick up an item and was dealt with very rudely by a lady. Learn to treat people with repect.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of service received during online order. I would have given zero star if there was any option.1) Staff Angela is extremely rude on the call even the supervisor. They are not professional at all and don’t know how to respond customers respectfully. We were trying to place online order from South Australia but end up cancelling our order after wasting effort of a week.2) Initially Quote received on 15th of May and order placed on 19th of May.2) Staff did the direct debit of $224 without consultation of Pharmacist that the quote will match with the prescription.3) Later informed on the follow up call that prescription is not right and you may end up paying more than what’s already been paid.4) I have cancelled the order and raise this matter with our GP who recommended us this pharmacy.

I ve paid over 30% more than the place I usual go for the same preparation.One member of the staff was serving a customer while speaking on the earphone.Why on earth would I go back there?

I compared my compound prescription in three different places. These guys provided the best price. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.
