If you are looking to join the ETS team as a trade then all I can say is hurry up and get on board. I have worked with ETS from their initial startup and worked with the principal for many years before that. If you are looking for loyalty then ETS is for you. I have never had an issue with payment and communication from the team is second to none. It is actually possible to talk to real people 24/7 which is refreshing in this age of over reliance on IT.

Stay away from this company. If you look at the reviews they clearly falsified. Good example I'd leo with those doggy photos. You are mad if you believe them.Beware.

Our home ceiling caved in and imagine the fear we are going through and this lady Ellen keep saying that someone will call us in an hour but it has been MORE THAN 24 hours and NOBODY HAS COME TO OUR HOUSE TO MAKE SAFE.Water is leaking in the house.Electrical is hanging and ceiling is tearing as we speak.This is ridiculous and our safety is in jeopardy. Can someone please tell me how do I get this compliant up to the appropriate authority. I am serious in taking this complaint to AFCA, social media and to the news.

Iam a locksmith in Sydney and have had great dealings with this company.Always able to make contact with the person scheduling the job and if there is ever a need to speak to a manager, it is never a problem. Even at 11PM I was in contact with the National Manager. Very impressed and was paid into my account in a timely manner.

After suffering unexpected water damage to our bathroom and having a number of previous trades being unable to confirm the issue, my wife and I were so thankful that the team at ETS were able to send trades who not only found the issue straight away, but also provided advice on the best way to move forward. This company contacted me in regards to signing up with them. I AM NOT a tradesperson, and I have told them many times I have no interest in their company and I still receive phone call, after phone call, harrassing me to do jobs for them, calling at all hours to see if I am available, even though I never signed up, or am I qualified to do any of the work they want me to do. I would STAY AWAY from this company as far as possible. I have been assured on 3 occasions that my name would be removed from the call list. If they can't even get that right, I can only imagine the other dodgy practices they use in their business.
