O'Brien Plumbing Warragul

On the website it says 24 hour service emergency ect I rang 4 times and left messages no one even returned my callUnderstand it was the weekend but if your not availble 24 hours or for emergency then don't put it on your website and at least call the customer back our of courtesy..very dissapointing service

Easter Saturday. Hot Water service has broken down. Called Ben and he had us up and running within a couple of hours and all at a price which was more than reasonable. Couldn't recommend him more highly. We may have found ourselves a new plumber.

My experience with O'Brien Plumbing has been very positive. Always on time, fee structure is clearly explained and I have never had any nasty surprises. From a pool pump installation to unblocking pipes, all done on time, within budget and professionally completed.

Just moved to the warragul area, hot water system was not working. Contacted Ben who was easy and friendly to talk to. He come out that morning, and fixed the hot water system. Easy, professional, and country friendly. Highly recommended.

Very highly recommend Ben and his team! Their service and professionalism is second to none. We were very appreciative of their prompt service putting in our outdoor fire, the friendly team arrived exactly when they said they would and even came back the following day just to check everything worked well and as it should. We felt like they really went the “extra mile” out of their way to ensure we were happy. We have had trades before that leave “a mess” after they have finished but not in this case at all, everything was cleaned up and rubbish removed etc we couldn’t be happier with the service that was provided & Would definitely recommend Ben to others!

I called O’Brien plumbing when i got home from work on a saturday desperate! They responded to my call promptly and were here within 30min. Fixed issue and very reasonable for an after hours call on a Saturday. Definatley will call again if need plumber.
