Disgraceful. If I could give less then 1 star I would. Wife & I got promised a family car and a baby seat for our 3 month old son, all in which was in our confirmation email. On the day of pick up, the staff were clueless and all we got was a small car with no baby seat. Any families out there I would HIGHLY not recommend this business

Staff were friendly .. However the reversing Camera wasn't working. Didn't realise this until we got our location and had to revers the truck up the driveway . Penrith branch take to long to answer their phones I understand that you get busy. But i called at the least busy time according to the website.

Pre-booked online, simple. Turned up & got my Van for moving on the day, awesome little LDV G10 & it ROCKED! Staff were lovely & helpful. Vehicle was spotless. Returning Van was even easier & they emailed the final documents for me to check. I dont think Ill bother with anyone else in the future, honestly best Ive been with in decades.

Was given a truck that didn't have a working GPS, radio or reversing camera. By the time I realised I was running late for my first appointment and didn't have time to organise a replacement and had to get on with my day. I found it quite unsafe to drive as a result of the GPS and camera not working. Upon return it was confirmed that this damage occurred to the vehicle in April...8 months later no one has bothered to have it repaired. I don't recommend hiring a vehicle here.

Seamless process, great communication, very efficient. It was organised through our insurance company, the car was smaller than what we were hoping for, and smelt a bit of smoke, but it was clean and did the job. Highly recommend SIXT Car & Truck Rental Penrith.

Would not ever go back here. From the start to the end everything was a shamble. Wrong car, charged hundreds of dollars at the start when it should of been only $1.00 as it was a Not at fault accident. Still waiting on the refund . Customer service line when contacted them to advised what the Penrith branch has done, they did not care at all. This has rated in my top of unprofessional bussiness. Avoid this hire company.

The paperwork started we were renting a ASX however The car that was given to us was so small cx3 and we stated we need to insert 2 car seats in for 2 little kids however that was the only option apparently and had to deal with it. How can we go from ordering a midsize suv to a tiny one with no space for 2 seats. So unprofessional and unorganised.

The incompetence of this company baffles me... my car was booked in for the wrong day.. then they are unable to accept any other payment method other than physical card insert.... (no pay pass, no manual entry)Both employees were unsure of how to even use the computer and I had to watch them for 20 minutes repeat that they don't know what to do....the whole process was infuriating and I walked away without a vehicle.i will absolutely never step foot here again.
