Darren has been my yoga instructor for just under a decade.His classes have given me mental and particularly body strength I never thought I had. I enjoy his classes as he understands each of our abilities and limitations. Truly peaceful and satisfying classes for all levels.

I’ve enjoyed over 15 years of yoga with Darren, attending 2 classes every week.Darren is able to cater to all needs and abilities.I am now 80 and enjoying good health and attribute this style of yoga to the reversal of my osteoporosis.Darren creates a beautiful space to practice and new comers are always warmly welcomed.
