Such an amazing customer experience. The ladies at the counter make you feel like family and are accomodating. Go above and beyond. So lucky to call this chemist my local.

A big thank you to all the staff, nothing is too much trouble for them, they are knowledgeable and communication is clear. A smile and Hallo is always on offer regardless of how busy they can be at certain times of the day.

Very friendly staff, answered all the questions I had and just made time for me and my younger children and helped us with what we needed. Highly recommend

Just had a close encounter with this establishment . My partner has COPD, more commonly known as emphysema . She is on two different inhalers twice a day . I rang to inquire as to the availability of breathing masks . I was told they were in stock and for people with pre-existing lung conditions the government was providing two FREE for anyone with a condition !!! I turned up to collect them only to be told they weren't in stock , however they did have $3 ones I could purchase . I lost my sh*t and was ordered to leave the shop !! I stood my ground as I have been trying to get my partner a mask for over a week . I would strongly advise NOT patronizing this chemist at all costs !!

Shout out to this pharmacy for being able to home deliver needed medications in less than an hour on a Saturday afternoon. Great service, thank you!

The staff are incredible. From the service staff who remind you when it's double points day so you can achieve points & therefore a discount on non prescription meds, to the brilliant Pharmacists who will make it their business to learn about any unusual condition you have so they can better assist you, there's nothing disappointing about this Chemist.There's a cafe & Woolworths next door so you can have a cuppa or grab your groceries but scripts are ususally filled very promptly even in busy times.If you have any questions this Team have always been happy to help in real time or by call down the line. There are few pharmacists I could be confident would remember me from a script weeks earlier, but despite the number of customers they see come through they do seem to quickly remember people & are quick to get up to speed with your case.A big thanks to the Calwell Capital Chemist Team for their commitment to great service and kindness.

Excellent customer service but typically I pay $8-$11max for prescription medications, got charged $19.95. Quick google same medication in Canberra $11.50. that's a 64% markup over that of retail? Won't be going back here....
