Excellent service when compared with the same level of restaurants like Betty or others. It was my first time visited the Grill'd as there a wide range of choice for a burger shop, no matter a franchise or homemade. The chips come with rosemary salt, i love it so much. Their apps order also user friendly as a first-time user. Mission completed easily.

Ordered the Queenslander burger and it was delicious though the burger is quite small and expensive at $17. Disappointed that you don't get any sides with the burger and that they are an additional cost.

This is my go to grilld, the staff are lovely and I have never had an issue with the quality or wait time of the food. I get a simply grilld with added beetroot and it never disappoints!

Haven't been to Grill'd for ages - so impressed with the number of veggie options now! We had the classic Garden goodness and a Mushroom truffle burger. Completed to perfection with a serve of chips. Thanks guys! We'll be back to try some of the other new veggie items!

All Grillds have the same problem! They put way too much salt on their salads and chips! ! It's so salty! !！

After a negative initial experience with this particular restaurant, I was extremely impressed with my next visit. The manager Brandon was incredibly helpful and apologetic. Very pleased with the customer service from him and his team! Also the garden goodness and zucchini chips are the best. I could eat them every day.

31/03/23 - Disgusting service. Waited an 1.5hr for an uber eats order for TWO burgers. Called up for an update on the order - got told bluntly “Sorry we are closed, I can’t help you” - from a worker named ‘’Amy’. Also spoke to an employee named ‘Chad’…which left a lot to be desired. A cardboard box would’ve given better service/hospitality than this particular establishment.If you hate your life & minimum wage job so much then quit, don’t take your frustration out on customers.

Staff here are sadly very rude, aggressive and unprofessional; I feel like customer service skills and the art of real hospitality is non-existent amongst the younger generations particularly gen z which the majority of staff appear to be. Service is also very slow especially if you order take away. The food however is generally good if it doesn't come out cold.

The chefs who were on made absolutely lovely food. Everything was pronominal, chips were crispy, burgers were made perfectly.your catering staff were also on point, extremely friendly, well spoken and all round lovely people to talk to. we definitely be going back again specify because of how well your staff preformed. (if it was up to me the who were on tonight deserve a raise)keep it up that restaurant will thrive even more than it already is.P.S you guys deserve the popularity that you guys have.I hope to see your lovely faces again.

Flavor of the burgers was nice, but there is too much filling for the size of the bun... and it all ends up pushed out the back with every bite.Fries and chipotle mayo is reccomended!Food came quickly and together.Seating arrangement is good in general but we shared a bench seat with a couple on the table beside us and they clearly weren't having a good time with us right next to them.
