I work in the centre and broke my heel on my shoe just as I got to work this morning and asked the staff if they could fix it today as of which we're very rude and said no tomorrow thinking ok they must be very busy but walking past a little bit later and they both where sitting there talking but not once but twice! Very bad customer service

If I could rate them more hightly I would. On Monday, Queens Birthday, this amazing and caring lady helped me with an engraving problem. Whilst I was waiting I saw her in such a professional way, support customers with different problems, all needing assistance. She handled everything with care, respect and giving great advice, all done leaving us feeling understood and extremely happy with the result. I was very impressed.Thank you.
