Put simply I don’t know how they remain open, $19.5 for a roll and stale chips. Recommend to avoid.

Have tried this place a few times. Once in a blue moon you get a decent meal that has followed instructions given.However More often than not, you receive disgusting food (stale chips, dry meat) and instructions not followed (gravy not added, wrong sauces etc.) . Will give it a miss from now on.

Sandwich Chefs Fairfield - Went a bit back to get a schnitzel sandwich and the worker just got a schnitzel, put gravy and cheese on it and toasted it. Definitely was disappointing.

Not as good as the willows store Had a philly cheese steak. Without checking, they just put it on a bun instead of bread. Very messy, staff weren’t too friendly and the person serving had us wait while he made some juices for the staff out back.

Roast pork roll...the roll was just OK but the roast pork in the roll was full of grisle and could not eat this. The server obviously was aware of this as she made sure she chopped it up before putting it in the roll....If there was a half star rating I would debate giving them that much.

Came here for a quick bite and bought the pork sandwich with gravy and crackling. The crackling was perfect, nice, puffy and crispy with satisfying crunch.My food was prepared quite quickly, and the bread that they use for the sandwiches are quite large compared to other stores which I liked. They also offer the option to put gravy on top, however as the bread is quite thin, the gravy can make the bread soggy fast, so it's recommended to eat it on site rather than take away. Unless you see them make your food fresh, I wouldn't be eating here again.I ordered a roast beef roll and was given a roast pork.Took it back and they made me another roll. Then I seen the owner/manager re wrap the roll I took back and put it in the hot box. How disgusting . Recycled food

For $19.60, you get a can of soft drink, luke warm soft chips and a chicken schnitty!AND THEY DON'T EVEN GIVE YOU SETVIETTES!No wonder they are selling!Go to FASTA PASTA and get a freshly made HOT PIZZA and drink table service WITH SERVIETTES and even bread and butter and bottle of house water all for $20!Never returning to Sandwich Chefs!
