A three day stay fulfilled all criteria. Great attention, fab local knowledge and recommendations were spot-on.Our room faced the boats at the marina and was exquisitely comfortable on all fronts.

Apartment was perfect-immaculately clean. Dressing room was great to lay out all your gear. Beds and furniture very comfy. Desk area really handy. Stacks of power points and sensibly placed. Couple of little things would make a big difference-having two tv's was good however they could do with a bit of an update, mugs instead of the tiny tea cups to have a better cup of tea or coffee would be an improvement, no champagne glass, no dishwashing detergent to hand wash dishes and only one chair on verandah. Having a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer was great. Information on places to eat was really helpful. On the whole we we were extremely happy with our experience and would definitely stay again.

Our stay was fantastic. Very nice rooms, staff are brilliant, helped us with late check out etc. Location is perfect, definitely stay there again, 30/6/2023.

“The staff is what makes this a high rating hotel”We had a number of issues that were addressed professionally and efficiently. A few things in our room “room number 2005” needed repairing and they were quick to respond. I suggest the owner considers changing the taps in the showers over and regrouting the showers - not just painting and fixing.If it wasn’t for the staff I would be rating this hotel lower, I only hope the owner recognises that he/she has major investments and it’s not just the hotel. Things that need addressing are;Car park spacesLift (only one small lift and it’s very slow)Leaky shower tapsWhat makes this a great hotelStaffRoom 2003LocationI googled this hotel and unfortunately the one thing that popped out was that this was a quarantine hotel and a lady escaped over the balcony. I just departed from the hotel for the second stay within 10 days, Staffs at the hotel are SO SO SO warm & friendly, they call you before the day of arrival to make sure they would prepared anything they could as per your requested. Room is so clean with equipped kitchen, washing machine & dryer, make you feel like a at home.Would definitely come back again and recommend to my friends.

First timer. Location, parking, rooms and amenities fir a 2 night stay just perfect. And as fir the staff.....BRILLIANT..!!!! Could not be more accommodating, professional and their local knowledge brilliant. What a great experience..!!

Our room on the river side had fantastic view. Rooms are having carpet replaced. Should also do an overall maintenance review. Also do something about wireless internet connection.

Hotel was clean, rooms were a good size, bathroom was much bigger than we were expecting it to be. Free wifi. Plenty of parking, you can opt for secure parking for a fee but it didn’t seem to be necessary, nice communal seating area to have a hot or alcoholic drink from the bar. Restaurant food was excellent all be it quiet expensive. We would definitely stay there again but maybe dine elsewhere next time

Beautiful place to stay. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are amazing,provided with everything you could possibly need.We stayed a week.Everything is close by.House keeping go above and beyond.All reception staff can not be faulted, nothing is too much trouble.Once again they go above and beyond.A big shout out to Joanne .
