Do not use. Took our money and ghosted us for 2 weeks before the wedding and didn’t turn up on the day with the cake and are still ghosting us as we try to get a refund

Sweet art creations made the cake for our wedding on Wednesday and all of our guests commented about how delicious it was and that it was the best wedding cake they had ever had. Some guests even made requests to take the left overs home with them. It was a beautiful cake and exactly what we wanted. Johana was very professional and had great communication with us. Highly recommend.

I can't thank Jo enough for her involvement in our wedding on the weekend. Not only did the cake look stunning but was delicious.All the guests and staff loved the cake and we had guests asking for left overs after the reception.Jo also came to the rescue 2 days before the wedding by offering to deliver to our reception venue. We are so thankful for her kindness and understanding.I will be recommending Sweet Art Creations to everyone.

Johana made us a beautiful cake. The flower decoration, the flavour, cake size on her recommendations, it was all perfect.Everyone at the reception commented on how much they loved the cake too, it was a big hit. If you book a cake with Johana, you can rest assured it is one less thing you have to worry about with your wedding planning. She will get in contact around two weeks out from delivery date to confirm details and on the day she will deliver exactly what you asked for. Well deserved of a 5 star rating.

Johana has already created 2 beautiful cakes for me this year. Both cakes have been outstanding, I could not recommend her enough. The cakes look amazing, taste great and her service is prompt & efficient. I look forward to ordering many more cakes from her in the future!

We ordered a two-tiered wedding cake with our initials and some flowers for decoration. Unfortunately our cake arrived with the initials around the wrong way and zero decorations whatsoever. We followed up a few days after the wedding and were told that the decorations had been forgotten in the car. Very disappointed. In addition, we had to do the following up when it would have been obvious a mistake was made.

DO NOT GIVE THIS LADY BUSINESS.I would highly discourage using johana for any business. I booked sweet art creations for my wedding cake. The weeks leading up to our wedding I attempted to contact to confirm details and make sure everything was tracking okay. I sent multiple emails, attempted to call, left voicemails, send text messages over a week with no response. Johana finally responded and confirmed everything was tracking good. Come my wedding day I had no cake delivered. The venue attempted to call and her phone was off. When the venue found out who was my cake maker someone who worked at the venue personally knew her and went to her house to chase up on my cake. Her excuse was that she mixed up my date, even though we had been in contact that week leading up. She ended up getting a cupcake and cake ready, which were iced Woolworths cupcakes and Woolworths mud cake. Where this lady gets off, by her complete disregard for someone’s special day is disappointing. Quite heartless taking someone’s money for a service and not providing it on such a special occasion. I haven’t even received an apology nor a refund. Communicate is lacking and her customers best interest is not at heart. Do yourself a favor and use someone else for your cake.

Our original cake maker for our wedding cancelled on us and we are so glad she did because we then found Johana! Her cake was absolutely amazing! It looked beautiful and was soooo delicious that anyone we offered any left overs to were so fast to accept! Will definitely be coming back to Johana for any cakes we need down the track. highly recommend!!! Thanks Jo!! :)

We had to change our wedding date 4 times due to Covid and border crossing issues. Johana was so accommodating which put my mind at ease!The cake was soooooo delicious! Many guests came up to me and asked who made it so they could get some more if that’s not a great sign I don’t know what is!Best baker on the Goldie!Clare and Bryan Gray
