They have such a large variety of pretty dresses. Also due to the quality of the dresses it can be quite pricy but besides that this is a great dress shop and I definitely recommend coming here. The service is amazing and so are the fits!

From the moment I heard about my secret wardrobe to the moment I walked in , They were extremely welcoming and had such a polite approach , when I entered they were up and ready to help me find the dress I needed , They provided me with many options and ensured i tried every dress I even glanced at . They were so helpful and kind I've never experienced an experience like this before. They made me feel so comfortable by the way they would look and compliment each dress I tried . The hiring process is the easiet process in this store and they will go above and beyond to ensure they suit your needs . My dress needed alterations and I couldn't make it the day the alterations lady was there but The girls did not disappoint and ensured they could assist me without having to come back that day . They did not fail my dress was in an immaculate condition and looked like it had never been worn . . These girls will make sure you walk out of their store feeling confident & beautiful . They definitely know what customer service is and they definitely did not fail to meet a customers expectations. I am very picky and tried so many dresses and yet they did not complain once . This was the first time I had ever hired a dress and I would definitely do it again. I Had an amazing experience with the girls at My Secret Wardrobe. They were kind supportive and soooo helpful. The first dress I chose was incredible but wanted something a little less formal and they accommodated without hesitation. Customer service was 10/10. The ladies at my secret wardrobe were amazing!Abby in particular was extremely helpful and patient in finding me the right dress for an event I had on with only 2 days to spare. They have such a Large variety with heaps of colors and styles.Abby was so accomodating and ensuring the dress i chose fit me perfectly. My best friend and I went in to this store to find a dress we saw online for a wedding. After explaining what we were looking for the lady showed us 2 dresses from the whole store that she had in our size 12-14. The dresses we tried didn’t suit us at all so we asked of there was any other and the sales lady walked away and never came back, looking around we found she was serving someone else with 2 other sales attendants. The worst part was my friend was ask to try a tulle dress but while the sale lady undid the dress she caught it on the material and gotthe zipper stuck, another girls came over and aggressively pulled the dress apart and walked away making fun of my friend for apparently wrecking the dress! I will not shop there again and found something perfect with better service up the road.You need to learn customer service and respect

The most amazing service! The girls there are so helpful and take their time for you to find the dress you want. They have a massive variety of styles and colours. They are very professional and passionate for the business. I come here for all my events and highly recommend anyone to come here.
