Amazing service and extremely helpful. Thanks to Callum who not only listened to what I needed and came up with the perfect solution, he organised to manufacture what I required. Items were made and delivered in less than two weeks. The new belts are identical to the original (over thirty years old) failed belts I needed to replace.The belts were for a bicycle Tacx Trainer De Luxe rollers that I have never been able to find suitable replacement belts for. While the Tacx brand still exist (taken over by Garmin) these rollers are no longer supported. All the other belts I have purchased and tried have been made from the wrong material and failed to work properly.So instead of having to throw away a perfectly good (and expensive) working piece of equipment I now have a properly working item.I can't thank this company enough!
