Just settled on my apartment at The Point in Doncaster - I've used a few builders in my time, but these are just top notch. I'm so happy with my apartment - it looks incredible. But more importantly, the guys throughout the whole process were professional, considerate, courteous and their communication was fantastic. Thanks again!!! Would highly recommend.

Filled out and emailed their service request form for an apartment intercom at River One Footscray that has never worked. I've since made 4 requests via email and phone to Hamilton Marino service department, beginning in early July. No one responds. Every time I call I get the same spiel that 'someone' in the service department will get back to me to arrange for a repair or replacement of the intercom but no one ever does. They are just hopeless!

Responded to apartment build issues in an attentive fashion.All issues resolved in good time.More than happy with the company and the finished results.

Building reasonable but defect repair process is neglectful. You might get a response, you might not. Confusing and bureaucratic process even for the most basic fixes. Please do better

Very friendly people until you lodge a coplaint on building defects. They will come with any excuse to get away from repairing the faults. The quality of their work in the aparment I have baught can be classed as pathetic. In my case they inpected the faults and promised to repare but later refused with the excuse that the director that carried out the inpection left the Company therefor they do not honor their comitment.

This has to be the most unresponsive company! They do not return calls or emails at all. As we have a structural problem with an apartment they built 5 years ago I would love to get hold of them!

Beware!! We (unfortunately) moved into an apartment complex (Kings Domain on Dorcas Street, Southbank), where our car space is built and managed by Hamilton Marino (HM) and is accessible only via a car lift. We have been understanding about the months and numerous intermittent instances where the car lift has broken down during our lease here, and the implications this has had evidently where our vehicle has been stuck in the complex or not having access to our car space whilst the lift has broken down (and would like to acknowledge, after months of emailing HM, they reimbursed costs we incurred of rental car costs, parking costs, etc as agreed by building management and the builder to reimburse for all residents impacted). What however, shows the true ethics and integrity of these builders is that not even an acknowledgement to our emails has been received regarding our $20 taxi fare we had to take when our car was stuck in the complex (again due to the car lift breaking down), as I urgently needed to go to the hospital. My emails have been repeatedly ignored and not reimbursed to date (this was back on 2 May). Only after escalating to VCAT was my previous reimbursement taken seriously. Please, take my advice and avoid these cowboys at all costs, it isn't the money not getting reimbursed, it's the prinicipal! It's a shame such places can still feed off our community, particularly in such unprecedented times. If you need regular access to your vehicle, and happen to move into the Kings Domain complex, an apartment with a car lift carpark made by HM, is not worth it, trust me!!!

Severely unprofessional. Extremely poor quality apartments. Their own builders have admitted they cut costs by building them as quickly and cheaply as possible. WILL NOT FIX DEFECTS, AND THERE WILL BE DEFECTS. Do not purchase anything they have touched.

Rude and obnoxious traffic control workers near their North Melbourne train station development. Management needs to do some professionalism refreshing of staff as such behaviour reflects poorly on its brand.

Super disappointed with this company who have not taken any responsibility for poor workmanship. They are unwilling to fix mistakes they have made. They build and then look the other way and owners are left with big bills to fix their errors.
