Very bad tenant experience. I have been chasing the team for more than a week to speak to the agent, first about open home and then checking status of our application, all the time the contact provided(of reception) doesn't forward the call to the agent or the agent never calls me back. I feel pity for the house owners who give their properties for rental to this agency.

Our experience finding a new home to rent in Rouse Hill has been a great one for a number of reasons. The first, and foremost, is the initiative and connections made first via on-line discussions and then a phone call, with Property Manager, Carina Catanzaro. This led us, to the realisation that applying for a house (forms were all ready to go from our end) after an inspection by family members on our behalf was what we did next. From 2 hours distance from Rouse Hill, and wanting a house closer to family and more, we waited to hear the outcome on the following Monday. We couldn’t have been more delighted that our “FIRST” and only rental application in over 5 years was successful. From that day, many others who work at Raine and Horne Rouse Hill, have been courteous, kind and welcoming.
