As at April 2022 road is regraded, no holes, good enough for 2wd, bit stoney last Kms. The hairpin sculpture and gorge walk is closed along gorge bottom but top half has great sculptures and some views of gorge. You can go down to bottom until where bottom path is cut off by the stream if you want to experience the gorge wall. It's quite idyllic. Worth a 3 hour diversion
