Airbnb Manager

Len and Julia are the best manager's we have come across. They're upront and true to their word. They helped us to get a far better return than previous managers and took all of the hassle out of renting our property. We were able to go travelling knowing our property was in good hands.

I made a mistake with my booking and thought I was staying an extra night. Once my mistake was pointed out to me I made every effort to rectify the situation and move my family of 5 as quickly as humanly possible. To the point where I ran back to the apartment from the birthday celebration we were having to pack up and even offered to help the cleaner do her job as I felt terrible for inconveniencing her. Len was rude and unkind on the day and has followed up with harassing emails and messages. If you are looking for a manager to look after your property, stay away from this company. I would go for one that treats guests with respect and dignity. Len has genuinely made me feel sick in my stomach and nervous to open my inbox in case I have received another notification from him. I hope I never cross paths with him again in my life. I try to fill the world with sunshine he chooses the opposite… well at least that was my experience of him.
