We visited tonight, at 8.30pm and we went in the Drive-Thru, to order. At first a young sounding girl served us and then a guy jumped in mid way through the order.He was friendly, comical and thorough.He repeated the order back to us as well.By time we got to the window to pay, he repeated the order again and we found his service was amazing.Thank you for your professional attitude/service.The food was delicious as well.We didn't get a name because we couldn't see a name badge and didn't think to ask what his name was.Well done Red Rooster Northam!

Usually first rate for everything, today very poor. Arrived at the drive through, left waiting for well over 15 minutes, 5 cars behind me, no communication. I resorted to ringing the store, was told they were busy and were clearing the orders first. The two car occupants behind me came to see if I had broken down as the wait was so long. I waited a bit longer, there were no other cars in front of me, they had all been served and gone. I ended up just leaving. Very poor not to at least let people know how long they are expected to sit and wait to order in the drive through.

Took over an hour for my food to arrive, would have been faster to drive to mundaring, get hungry jacks and then come back

Hot, fresh food. Friendly staff. Not a week goes by, that I don't stop for the same consistent service. Fast food made with some love.Well done, Northam Red Rooster team !

Red rooster chicken is definitely not what it used to be. But I was very impressed with their new crunchy slaw as it looks amazing, fresh and tasted very fresh and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back for more!!
