Most of the things are stupidly overpriced. Customer service does not exist here, it seems that all the staff try to avoid you and eye contact as much as possible. Even a simple hello would suffice.The store is in need of a revamp, it is disorganised, dirty and old. It hasn't changed at all in the past 5 years. Managers take note of your more superior Knox City store.

I hated it. The sales people asked all the other customers in the store if they wanted help. Not me though. The other customers were all under the age of 25 though. I am 50+. Maybe that made the difference. I am such an old hag. Oh well. Back to shopping at Miller's Fashion Club.Would not shop here again, at the advice of my daughter. Non-existent customer service for the aged and poor product range. Help the aged.
