Oh Flossy

Although postage took longer than anticipated (3 weeks) and the lipsticks were broken on arrival, Oh Flossy promptly sent out replacements which I received a day later. The quality of the product is great, but if they intend to take on such large volumes of orders (they speak in thousands on Instagram) then the back end of operations needs to improve to ensure products that are bought and paid for not pre order or back order need to be sent in a much quicker and more reasonable time frame. Or alternately, take on less orders at a time in order to fulfill them more promptly. The faulty issue wouldn't have left such a bad taste in my mouth if I wasn't waiting so long in the first place. I do thank them for a great product and a quick response to my concerns.

I ordered Oh Flossy for my daughters birthday and she adores it! It really does wash off easily even though it has good colour when applied. It arrived quickly and the packaging is very sweet. I've already ordered the Christmas bon-bons for my daughter and son! Love it.

It's great for my daughter as she can play with makeup without me having to worry about what all the harmful chemicals/toxins are doing to her. She absolutely loves it!

Great brand with amazing quality products! Can't recommend enough for your little ones! Adorable and sustainable packaging and a quick delivery is just another bonus. Love it!

Ordered 6 weeks ago and order never came. Have tried contacting multiple times with no response. Would not recommend.
