Mat and Lewis along with their sidekick Amy gave my son Patrick and I the real insight into the Caffeine World beyond our shores.They know their beans and best practices to bring us superb and ethically sourced coffee from each continent. Our cupping and roasting morning with them opened our eyes to the hard yards from farmer to cup the process takes to keep us addicted to this worldly bean.We now have our go to roaster and a place to haunt when we are down the South Coast.Thank you once again!Sandy & Patrick.They truly know

Bought the seasonal blend as it was on special. Using it with a chemex makes a delicious coffee very smooth taste with floral aroma. Will order again once this bag is finished.
