I was researching liquid Nitrogen and randomly found this business in Hallam. I spoke with a representative called Adam and found him to be so engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. I personally loved his easy going and cheerful personality. Nothing was a bother and he was happy to answer all my questions, provide advice and allowed me the space to choose an option that suited my business needs.I truly was blown away by the customer service, the care and attention, efficiency and timeliness of the delivery, in conjunction with providing a follow up call.I think if it wasn’t for the rep Adam giving me his time and being as patient as he was I may not have gone through with the long term rental option.I would 100% recommend this place. More businesses need to have outstanding customer service like this!
