Bought a genuine JD part which broke within 2 hours of normal use. RDO acknowledged it was faulty but would only replace with a cheaper non genuine part. Very questionable business practice.

Horrific service and overpriced extortionate conduct. Do not go here! The pricing is not transparent. Make sure you ask what the fees are for receiving a quote on your mower.

Terrible. No one in the showroom, all down the back having a BBQ, went in wanting to spend 10k, ended up walking out. Then, received a return call from David Root (sales representative) who only got cranky on the phone when asked 'was that your best price', because he said they don't move on price.Anyway called Gatton, they beat the price by $300. Will be buying off them.Thanks for nothing Toowoomba Vanderfield

After checking out the mowers at the show, I ordered one over the phone a week later. The mower was ready quickly and I was able to pay for and collect the mower on Saturday. The sales person was very helpful. I bought a walk behind mower that has a big cutting deck and powerful engine. It is great to use.I have since had the mower serviced at Vanderfield and again the staff were friendly, professional, and they contacted me in regards to a couple of extra little jobs that needed doing to keep my mower in good order.A great experience each time I have dealt with Vanderfield.
