Terrible. They stained my carpets by soaking them in the pest spray. When I asked them to fix the stain, they said that staining rarely happens, and that they had sent out a contractor to my house, so they could only offer me $60. They eventually paid out the $140 to clean the carpets after a lot of back and forth. I'm still left with a stain on my carpets and I have had to buy a rug to cover it ($300 out of pocket.) Mckenna delt with situation very poorly. I have been using the company for many years, but this will be the last time.

Exceptional staff, nothing too much bother for them working around dates and times to schedule in our pest control and termite inspection.We’ve used McKenna for years now and I am always impressed by the professionalism from both the office and the inspectors sent out to complete the job. I have just purchased my first property and asked McKenna Pest Control to complete the Pest Inspection. As this was all new to me I was quite overwhelmed however the team were extremely helpful which put me at ease. They were prompt in booking the appointment and provided me with the Report in a very timely manner. The staff have gone above and beyond to help me understand the Report and answer any questions I had. The Report was also extremely thorough. I would definitely recommend McKenna Pest Control.

Used McKenna couple of times before and had no issue. This time was unhappy with their technichian and them return within a week to respray, and now a month later spiders are making a home in my house. Did they use any chemicals? or just water? Not recommended.

McKenna's have been looking after pest control for all my family's houses for over 20 years and the service continues to be excellent every time. Living in QLD our properties need to be protected from termites and many other crawling critters. Their service is always prompt, the team are friendly and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend - I wouldn't use anyone else.

We used them for pre purchase house inspection. Missed clear and obvious termite damage.Then claimed that furniture was in the way, which we disputed as we have evidence of photos taken by real estate agent. Refused any sort of compensation and relied on the excuse that the technician believes there was furniture in the way. (Damage is under windows in photo)Also quoted us over $1.3k more for a termite barrier than 3 separate company's.Would not recommend as a waste of money.

We had McKenna Pest control come and do their annual pest treatment. They were on time and did a great job. We have two dogs and they pickup up their water bowls to ensure no chemical go in it. We would highly recommend them.
