Staff were friendly and engaging and willing to help. The products were placed in an orderly manner and shelves were stacked neatly. The staff were very knowledgeable on certain products and how Bunnings operates in general.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facilities. Being limited by space you may not find the full range of items that one would find in a standalone store. Nonetheless it has everything thing one would expect to find in a Bunnings.

Staff need way more energy. The girls that work there don't appear to want to work there. When you have to take your own receipt, that pretty much sums up the customer service at the counter. Can't blame them, because that comes from the top.

Got paint mixed today. Very knowledgeable staff. The sample was painted with very old paint and the automatic software seemed to failed to find a good match, so the staff adjusted the settings found a much better match. The improvement in match is very noticeable.Also, a while back a lady there told me how to read bay numbers which helped me to find the products much faster.

Interesting concept with the multi story and elevators. The plant range was small. Definitely not the place to have a 20 minute fight with your wife because you'd had enough of the scavenger hunt you were playing. Staff were lovely, got what we needed.

Large amount of parking shared with the attached shopping centre. It's quite small and doesn't, for example, have assembled furniture or BBQs on display. On the other hand, the staff are knowledgeable about what and where everything is in the store. Beware: there is no sausage sizzle here. Considering removing one star for that...

Staff is not really helpful, several times I went to the store to get what I need - according to their website, the items were in stock but they did not have them in the store. I have to say the store is not as organised like other Bunnings stores.Update: I tried to use the click and collect service, they confirmed they don’t have the item in stock, so they posted out the item. Two days later I received it via courier - the service wasn’t so bad but still would like to see better stock ups at the store which would have saved everyone’s time.

Rang specifically for product and when I arrived, advised there were none left.... Not impressed. Product range is slipping too unfortunately.
