The moving guys were spectacular. Hats off to them at how hard they worked! Hope they get paid well.Very disappointed with the owner, quoting me a certain price for piano removal (same as another company) then when arriving at our place, and realising my husband was overseas, saying it was $5 per stair ie an extra $80. He was trying to strong-arm me into accepting the offer. Most unfortunate interaction. Afterwards I think he told his guys to draw out the move to get every penny out of us that he could. A 2 bed apartment took 8,5 hours - only 2 people - not that much stuff!

After a fantastic experience we had with Carlose and his team last year, we just asked for their professional service today again. This guys are AWESOME! Reliable, professional, fast and friendly. They know their job. We couldn’t ask for more! Well done guys! My husband and I are very happy with the job. I definitely will recommend them. They disassembled, moved and assembled all our living room and bedroom furniture and we just walked in to our beautiful unit! Everything was perfectly in its place. NO STRESS AT ALL! They did a great job for us. Thank you so much Guys. We will definitely ask for your help again in future.

Carlos runs a very professional outfit. His trucks are well maintained and he spends a fair dollar to keep the ongoing image of the REDFOX trucks.They are always clean and one can eat out of the floors of his trucks. He never short changes maintenance or repairs thats required to enable his trucks remain in tip top condition.This tells me that his removal service follows his image. He also pays his bills on time. I work at ALL TRUCK MECHANICS who maintain his trucks and know this first hand.
