My GP sent a referral on 16th August. I followed up 2 weeks later and was told my referral hadn't been reviewed yet and would take 4 weeks. Called again after 4 weeks and was told the clinician still hadn't reviewed yet and they would email the clinician again for them to review. Bearing in mind that it's possible that once reviewed, the clinician may not even accept to see me. Called again today and clinician still hasn't reviewed my referral. Possible that once it's reviewed and accepted, they may have an appointment to see me in November!Asked to speak to the practice manager, was told they were too busy and to email the office and they may be able to contact me back. A real shame because clearly in not trying to see a psychiatrist just for the fun of it

I don't understand how a company with an aim to help people can treat their patients so poorly.This business chooses not to answer their phone. After having my calls, messages and emails ignored I drove there to speak to them in person. There were two staff members working the reception. I called the clinic while I was there and a phone didn’t even ring, let alone get answered. Don’t waste your time with this company they don’t care about their patients and have no clue how to run a business.I've also been waiting 3 months just to get an appointment date confirmed. This company should be ashamed of how they treat mentally ill people.

Every time I make contact with the reception staff (either email or phone message) they respond promptly and are always helpful and accommodating to my many queries. Dr Sharman's approach and help has been amazing. I could not recommend this clinic highly enough.

Entirely incapable of answering a phone or returning a call/email for weeks if at all. Less than useless

Don't go here. Doesn't answer the phone, doesn't reply to voice mail messages, doesn't reply to emails. You're putting your mental health at risk by going here.

$350 out of pocket for an hour session with Dr Das and still waiting for my plan to be sent through to my GP. In my appointment I was given a time frame of 2 weeks, which I already consider a long time. Its now been 3-4 weeks and I'm still waiting without an idea of when I can expect it to be done.I would've gone elsewhere if I'd known.
