Extremely rude indian lady with no manners at the checkout. Started arguing with my wife for no reason. No offence to other Indians as they're very polite.

Prices are a little better than the supermarkets. Isles are small and not really made for trolley's. Meat is a reasonable price too. It does get very busy at times and can be frustrating since you're trying to dodge everyone. Checkouts don't really have lines but there are always heaps open so it's pretty fast to get through. Not sure if will go again, tried it a few times already. Sometimes prices aren't everything.

Bad customer experience. Here is the story: I bought some veggies and after the billing was done I noticed that I had bought two items twice by mistake, went back in less than 1 minute to return the item but was denied and this is what I got as a response, Once you leave the shop

For such a big shop, it's a pity they don't accept payment via phone and watches with NFC.They have all the equipments but will only accept PayPass if you use physical card else do cash payment.Really bad decision on part of the management, poor staff can't do much as they have been given orders. Common guys it's 2020.Gave 2 stars cuz the selection is good. What a shame !!

They overstock and pack isles so I cannot go in parts with a pram and its very annoying to go in here. Service isn't friendly. No smiles no hello no nothing. They are also more expensive than other fruit shops and the halal butter inside unfortunately is very expensive too so I go elsewhere.

worst customer service in whole craigieburn, i was there for grocery there was an Indian lady at counter, she was very rude doesn’t know how to deal costumers respectfully nor does she knows her duty, telling her customers ro her job, and when some questions her she replies you have no humanity,,

I actually was there one more time to check the integrity of this place as Pk already had bad experience with one of the so called manager and he decided not to shop from there was the right thing to do. I was waiting in a long queue when only one check out counter was open and all others were empty. So I requested one of the staff there to open other counters as well due to my limited ability to stand a wait for the services because I am unwell and can barely stand on my two feet. One lady was sweeping the floor and she walked through the counter and kept the broom there against the counter and yelled at me to serve me. I politely reminded her to atleast sanitize her hands if not bother to wash them before you serve the customers for the vegetables which are mostly loose there waiting to get contaminated whereas at other places they get packed in packages. She refused to even sanitize her hands and refused to provide her name upon only reminding them that it's my legal right to know who served me as I am vulnerable to catch covid due to my sickness already. Her name is Kuljeet to my shock as she was also the manager of this place she insisted. I said to her she could be more than what she was doing because she could be both with only some manners and following the hygienic habits to serve some justice to the customers who are there to eat those vegetables. Why the owner can't have managers doing a better job because if they did they would have hire someone else to do the sweeping job due to the nature of it not especially due to covid but some common sense to have the hygiene in place with some manners and some considerations towards others.

Please avoid this fresh market as much as you can. Absolutely pathetic customer service

Very nice veggitable and friut shop with a decent sized butcher stall inside. Ideally placed inside craigieburn central to take care of the other shopping needs in a single place.

Ok so the meat section is AMAZING!! they have a huge range of fresh chicken and meats. I always buy from there and would never buy from anywhere else. As for the fruit and veggies, they have a HUGE range too but sometimes I find that the quality of certain items is not the greatest. Especially their cucumbers, they are usually a disappointment. Their prices are decent. I come here pretty much on a daily basis cause there is always what I need.
