Set in the beautiful picturesque countryside just outside Orange, I found this lovely pet retreat that catered for all my pets needs. Inside sleeping areas and good sized out door runs. The owners are friendly and caring and my pets came home relaxed and happy. Moderately priced, clean and safe for small or large dogs.

Our dogs were at Springside for 7 weeks roughly. The boarding was really cheap for what we got, the dogs were in a well kept area. Everytime we visited the grass was freshly cut for them, the area was clean and they seemed very happy in general with their surroundings. We are so happy with Springside and can't recommend them enough. We will definately be using them again in the future.

Extremely disappointed with the treatment of 1 of my 2 dogs, my big boy was hardly able to walk when I picked them up after being there for two nights, when I asked how were they I was told they were fine and that they loved having my dogs. Once home I noticed my dogs front paws, elbows, underarms and genitals were all red, worn and raw. The next day my vet confirmed my fears that he had been dragged on the concrete, coasting more in vet bills then their stay. When trying to raise my concerns of mistreatment of one of my dogs while in their care, I was shut down, no compassion or empathy was shown, and then I was hung up on.

Merle (the main person) is fantastic with animals. Kennels are in good condition and our dogs enjoy their stay.
