They provide a full diagnostic with photos and priorities assigned to different parts which makes me comfortable knowing nothing will get missed.Having looked at previous receipts for services and similar things from other mechanics I am also very happy with the price. For me, communication is vital with a mechanic and John is a fantastic communicator.They have done a great job on the Skoda and I have my Ranger in to get fixed next. In total, professional and timely in repairs for our Ford Focus hatch.Only 4 stars because someone with a little hamfisted broke the clips fastening the gearstick surround. The person knew they did it, because the little broken clip was placed in the cupholder. I wouldn't normally have an issue with this, but since it was known, it would have been a courtesy to let us know, and at least apologise for it.Repco must over estimate repair time in the computer based quotations, so a replacement rear wheel bearing was more than I expected, but appart from that, nothing excessive.

Great service. All the problems found were clearly explained and shown via photos and by looking at the broken/warn out pieces. SMS notification when the car was ready for pickup. Details were explained before the issues were addressed.

Well run work shop, the loan car was a major bonus. I compared prices with another local mechanic and Western were $400 under the other quoted price. These guys were fair and very thorough.

Thanks again guys for prompt excellent service. Exhaust blew out all of a sudden and they had me back on the road the next day. Always had professional courteous service for both of our cars for a couple of years now.

Initially they diagnosed and fixed complex problems that 4 prior companies were unable to address. Since then, they have kept my car running in top condition, at an affordable price. I'm very grateful for all the great work they have done for me.
