Oroton as a brand is ok. Quality brand but find it aimed more at the more mature person. I think they should try and cater for a younger demographic.

Just brought a colleague Christmas present at Oroton , and I was thinking of buying a card wallet for the present (around $40+). end up I pay $ 50+ for 2 card wallets. Happy day . Branded and cheap to buy.

I bought Otoron bags last year and the bags’ straps were broken. I didn’t know I could exchange for the new bags until I visited the store. The girl helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. She was patiently searching for my long lost receipt in the system. Finally, she found the receipt and gave me the brand new ones to exchange for the broken ones due to the faulty issue. Thank you so much!!This is my first review on Google and I wanted to write it for you!!you made my day and I definitely come back to this store again!

Great for the ladies but really not my thing. It's mostly about those teeny-tiny handbags and clutches and shiny chains and stuff. Stuff is ON SALE RIGHT NOW, so make it happen, and soon.

The quality of Oroton products has really gown down. Low quality, and poor finishing. Not the same anymore. Need to bring the quality back up. They can't even invest in a nice logo hardware. The emboss looks cheap and faded.

I have been a loyal Oroton customer for years and always will be. Last Christmas I was gifted a small wallet. I would love a wrist strap for it. The wallet is still able to be purchased in store so it isn't outdated. I asked an assistant and she told me Why keep using something old

As much as I like Oronton, staff should have more training on how to handle customers, when you have to wait 15min at the counter and there's a line of 5 people behind waiting and someone's jumping the line the decency is the remind said customer that there's a queue and not to pretend like nothing happened

The products or Oroton is always nice and never disappoints, somehow the staff weren’t that helpful. All of them busy talking or chatting, I have to approach a man with glasses and ask him to get me two bags. While I was paying he didn’t even let me to check the condition of the bag, turns out one of the bag was somehow “displayed stuff” the metal underneath the bags was torn and he didn’t even say anything.Have to come back and asked for a return.I know that I’m getting buy one get 50 percent off but I was never agreed to get a “displayed item”Def need a staff re-training
