Really an amazing service!!!After being at an auto electrician that didn't do his job right and my van caught fire I came to this shop and the experience was superb.First of all the customer service is great! They explain all the things that should be done and why, and not at a rushed and fast pace . They will do a cost breakdown for you also which is nice.Left my van with them and 2h30m later it was ready, I was shown and given an overview of everything they did and you could just tell that the job was properly done!Well done guys, keep up with your great customer service! I generally only write reviews if expectations are either not met or exceeded and always try to be as balanced as possible. In the case of Battery Man Cairns my expectations were exceeded by a wide margin.Other than great service and competitive prices, I feel the true mark of a great business is how they resolve customer issues which occur in any business from time to time. Battery Man Cairns ticks every box: great service and prices but most importantly they clearly place huge value on customer satisfaction, even after the sale.Through no fault of their own, I was supplied with a battery with a slightly different specification than expected. I know it was a genuine error as the battery manufacturer / importer even stated the same specification to me when I called them. When I raised the issue with Battery Man they sprang into action and the owner Daine sent out their fitter Bruce for a second time to upgrade the battery to an even better one than I originally ordered, all at no extra charge. Bruce upgraded the battery with the same enthusiasm and professionalism as his first visit.Battery Man took the full loss on their own shoulders for an error which I know was made by their supplier. That’s what I call superb customer service. I am more than happy to recommend Battery Man Cairns, genuine trustworthy blokes, quality batteries, great prices and unbeatable customer service.

Daine will give you the best advice, price and service in Cairns! He completely transformed our camper truck from struggling to get sufficient power to making it run completely off grid. His knowledge and expertise for RVs and caravans is thorough and his price for the fit out was unbeatable. My partner and I highly recommend him, especially if you need anything on your camper van, caravan or RV to help it power better. Called Croft batteries under an hour ago to enquire about a price; just got home with a new battery fitted and installed easily with a 24 month warranty.The most difficult part was being in the right lane to turn in the driveway. Best battery replacement I’ve ever experienced.

Hard working person not only being professional, Very helpful, informative and friendly!! I was recommended to see a guy at shop by someone as friend has been getting lots of help and excellent advices from them(even he was professional back in his country), because I am just started to planning to be on a road trip as a family. Even through my English isn't perfect as I am originally from overseas. He patiently listened and gave me advices also suggested somewhere else to go to when it comes to out of his hand. I thought very hornest as well. I definitely go back when I made a decision to setting things up. I recommend people in any level knowledge holders from beginner to professionals.
