Radiance Beauty in Camberwell is a professional and delightful salon. the staff focused on me and made me feel so special. Best facial EVER!! and really excellent after care. Highly recommend this salon

Possibly the worst 'Pamper Package' ever experienced. From the layer of skin taken off my back from the 'scrub', to the most painful facial I have ever encountered, this place is definitely no relaxing, beauty centre. And I was charged for a two hour package and only got 1.5 hours (which was OK as I couldn't tolerate much more it). My advice - Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I went here on a recommendation from a friend. I have had facials at a number of different places with different types of product and I was so surprised at the difference in my skin after just one facial at Radiance. My skin was soooo soft, clean and healthy looking! Loved it! Will definitely be going back.

Thanks to previous reviewers, I was prepared for a sales pitch when using my scoopon voucher. To be fair, the products are very, very good. BUT, the continual one way dialogue, decribing the poor condition of my skin during a very basic facial made me feel terrible, inferior, old, wrinked, deyhdrated.. I didn't relax and wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I was really looking forward to returning to Gernetic products, but with staff pushing product SO HARD, the experience was poor. I would have bought more product if they just backed off. This salon could do so much more - great location, ambience, BUT the owners are clearly cash flow oriented in the short term and have forgotten long term & repeat customers. Will not be going back.

I had a great facial at radiance beauty Camberwell. It was thorough and my skin felt refreshed and hydrated. The products that were used felt amazing Gernetic International. I even bought this fantastic moisturizer called Synchro. It,s making a real difference to my skin. I'll be back for another facial and some more Synchro.

I have, or I should say ‘had’ skin problems until I visited Radiance in Camberwell. Emme at Radiance has been a saviour and helped me understand the best treatment for my skin I haven’t looked back , I am almost 60, yet look much younger, thanks to Emme and her advice, guidance and great service throughout the years

Emme is one of the best beauticians I have visited, her facials are heaven and mySkin looks and feels Devine afterwards. IAlways struggled with combination typed skin until I started visiting Emme, she really knows her stuff. This is where you go when you want the best result.

I highly recommend Emme and her team for any of your beauty needs.Emme is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and is one of the loveliest people in the beauty industry, I’ve been a customer for many years.Her electrolysis skills are the best in the industry.Then there is Saba who does brows, she shapes perfectly for your face and is one of the sweetest women I know.

I purchased a voucher for my husband and I for a massage and facial. I read the Google reviews after I had booked so was skeptical about the experience. However, it was great! Jacinta was professional, gave a great massage and facial. Not once did I feel as though I was getting the up sell. When I had my masque on, she gave me a lovely leg massage and only left the room briefly once. I asked about the bad reviews and the fellow that other clients had bad experiences with but he is no longer there, apparently. I loved the products and bought the masque treatment. My husband enjoyed his massage and facial, he said Priscilla gave a strong massage and it was excellent value for money. I'll definitely be back.

I have been having Gernetic facials regularly here with Dian for the past 12 months - what a delight! I love how she incorporates a head and shoulder massage into every treatment, doesn't try to sell to you, and uses the right product (and amount) for your skin type. Dian puts a lot of effort into her facials and clients and I always leave feeling truly pampered and cared for. She also introduced me to the Gernetic range which has been fantastic for my skin. I'm a regularly customer because of her!
